Wedding Day Coordination or "work with me" wedding consulting is where you've planned your entire wedding, but want more guidance from a professional Wedding Consultant.

•          (The Preparation Planning includes all aspects someone else in charge as the day approaches). In this format, we will contract with you for a specific number of meetings.

•          We will help you create a monthly planning schedule so that decisions are being made in an orderly manner so that the event is planned and organized.

•          If you wish we will go over contracts to make certain that all prerequisites are there before you sign them.

•        We will create your binder-file and send you updated read outs every six weeks so that you can see your wedding planning in organized stages. With your vendors we will create the wedding day schedule and send it to all your vendors/service providers, both sets of parents, the wedding attendants and of course to you and your groom two are three weeks before the wedding. 

•          We may also provide additional services such as setup or teardown labor, depending on your needs.

"Where do you want me to put these linens?" "Is this the table for the cake?" "Where should the band set up?" --these questions and more will invariably be asked on the day of your wedding. • You may simply want help in reviewing contracts before you sign them, or assistance in creating a realistic budget, a wedding day schedule.
  
  
• You may want to discuss ideas on decorating, color schemes or a variety of other important topics that would be helpful so that the months of planning are not stressful. This Individual Consultation can take place at any time in the months of planning.

One-time or occasional consulting is where you meet with a consultant for a fixed number of meetings to accomplish specific tasks.

·         The consultant does not go to the wedding. A couple of hours of preparation can save you hundreds of dollars down the road. Some examples are:

1. A bride needed to know how to allocate her budget to the different vendors. She had never planned a party of this size and needed to know what a florist, photographer, caterer, etc. normally cost.
2. A couple wanted to get the names of three caterer with good references within their budget.
   
   

Day of the Wedding Service Package we tie up the loose ends by attending to those last minute details. We coordinate the wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception activities.
